Most prizes are available the day of the walk, based on money turned in on or before May 3, 2009. Money can be turned in at any time. No prizes are awarded for money turned in after May 3. Gift certificates are mailed six to eight weeks after the event.
 
All prize levels more than $500 include the official walk MS: Christopher & Banks Walk 2009 presented by Anchor Bank T-shirt and long-sleeved T-shirt.

The MS Society thanks Christopher & Banks and Cub Foods for providing a portion of our prizes. The MS Society purchases a portion of all prizes. Prizes are based on money turned in by May 3, 2009 and the prize selected when you registered. Prizes are not cumulative. Prizes may not be redeemed for cash. Participants are responsible for paying taxes on all prizes. We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value.

Due to the value of the gift certificates, they will be mailed after the event after all donations are processed and entered into the database. Pledges received from non-participants are 100 percent deductible. For participants, pledges over $20.00 are deductible for federal income tax purposes.

Sponsorship of society fundraising events does not connote that the National Multiple Sclerosis Society recognizes superiority in products or services provided by the sponsoring entity over other entities providing like or similar products or services.
