Minneapolis VA Medical Center, 1 Veterans Drive, Minneapolis, MN 55417
Shuttles run to and from Minnehaha Park continuously throughout the day (dogs are not allowed on the buses).Also, the Hiawatha Line, Light Rail Transit, stops at the VA Medical Center. You may ride the light rail one stop north to the 50th St./Minnehaha Park exit for $1.75 each way. Obey traffic and walk signals when crossing Hiawatha/Hwy. 55 to Minnehaha Park.

Minnehaha Park
Parking is limited. Please plan ahead. Do not park on grass! Park police will be
ticketing and the MS Society will not be held responsible. Limited street parking is available on Minnehaha Ave. S., 43rd Ave., Nawadaha Boulevard S., 42nd Ave. S., and 44th Ave.

Accessibility (100 spots)
The lot closest to the pavilion is open for accessible parking only. We also encourage participants with disabilities to be dropped off at the Minnehaha Park turn-around, located next to the pavilion.

Check-in time
ALL participants must check-in 8 – 10 a.m. Participants can start walking after they've checked in.

Route information
Choose a 1.5- or six-mile route. All walkers must be on the route by 10:30 a.m.

Team Village
Team Village Team Village is a special area at Walk MS for teams to set up a tent and gather together to celebrate their accomplishments. All teams are welcome to participate! Contact Cassi to sign up for your tent. Some Rules:

-Your team is responsible for the set up and tear down of your tent. Tent set up is from 6:30-8:30 a.m. -Please decorate tastefully—people of all ages will be at the walk.
-No tents larger than 10x10.
-No alcohol.
-The MS Society is not responsible for items left in your tent; please do not leave valuables unattended.
